GTA V has great gameplay. Gta v balances travelling with gunplay and exploration and down time very well for a open world game. One of the flaws almost all open world games have is the inability to
balance the different gameplay mechanics that were made for the specific franchise. A great example is watch dogs... the main thing to differentiate the franchise was hacking but they spend almost
no time or effort producing a high quality hacking mechanic which made the game feel dated and a copy cat of what's come before and GTA 5 avoids that incredibly well.
