From Soren Johnson comes Offworld Trading Company, a unique mix of an economy simulator with the 4X style. The game is in early access however the promise was made that it was in fact a complete game. This video goes over the pros and cons of this new franchise title.

In this game you take over control of a corporation and wage economic warfare against other corporations. Hostile take overs are the name of the game and to do that you will need to generate cash on hand while making yourself less vulnerable from existing debts from buyout of other players.

The game has a large number of resources to trade as well as random events, abilities, and special structures.
