PSVR2 First Impressions: Toss | VR Platformer
In this video, We take a first look at Toss, a new VR platformer for the PlayStation VR2. Toss is developed by Agera Games and published by Vertigo Games.
In Toss, you play as a monkey who has crash-landed on a cloud planet. You must use your agility and timing to swing and launch yourself through the levels in order to repair your spaceship. The game features 75+ levels set in nine vibrant cloudscape biomes, as well as a variety of challenges, such as collecting bananas, racing against the clock, and completing the course in as few grabs as possible.
I was really impressed with the visuals in Toss. The game has a very clean and stylised look that really pops in VR. The physics are also very well-implemented, and it's a lot of fun to swing and launch yourself through the levels.
Overall, I had a lot of fun with Toss. It's a great example of how the PSVR2 can be used to create immersive and engaging VR experiences.
