This is why they nerfed the best grenade in the game in Borderlands 3. The Porcelain Pipe Bomb was hands down the best grenade in BL3 prior to the nerf / hotfix. How to get this grenade: you have to complete the Raiders of the Lost Rock side mission.

In this video, I show a demonstration of the porcelain pipebomb prior to patching / applying the hotfix. As you can see, I absolutely melt the boss Chupacabratch with one nade at about 56 seconds into this video. I'm pretty sure the grenade exploded more times than it was supposed to which is why the damage was insane.

If you never had the chance to play around with this amazing toy, then maybe you can consider playing offline / turning your internet off so you can enjoy this. I definitely don't think it was balanced, but I believe they shouldn't have patched it. It's a co-op game after all with no PVP. Totally up to you.
