Tip 1 - 2:45 - Look out at the wind direction

Tip 2 - 4:40 - Be careful with roads and avenues

Tip 3 - 7:22 - Don't forget to place a power plant, water tower, but also sweage outflow pipes and a garbage landfield.

Tip 4 - 10:19 - Don't be afraid of taking bonds

Tip 5 - 11:26 - Just place utilities when needed

Tip 6 - 12:54 - Grow your city smartly. Don't spend more money than the one you have
