The 63-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge took the stage to address the star-studded audience, which included Ellie Goulding, Rita Wilson, and Becky Hill.
His public appearance came just hours after he sparked concern among his fans with a video posted to social media in which he appeared 'unrecognisable.'
Simon looked noticeably different when he took the stage at the Royal Variety Performance, with a smooth complexion and bright white teeth.
