The only people angrier than Taylor Swift at Ticketmaster are her fans, a couple dozen of whom are now suing after being denied access to the tumultuous presale for her 'Eras' Tour.

The fans, who hail from all across the country, want Ticketmaster to pay a high price for enabling bots and scalpers to wreak havoc on the November 15 presale event. As TMZ previously reported, millions of fans had to queue for hours in a digital "lineup" in the hopes of securing tickets – yet the great majority of them never ever got a sniff of a ticket.

According to documents acquired by TMZ, Ticketmaster was meant to send "verified" Taylor Swift fans a code on Nov. 14 that would enable them entrance to the presale event – but hundreds of them either didn't get a code or were handed defective codes, according to the outraged fans.

They accuse Ticketmaster of willful deceit in the claim since the business controls both the primary and secondary ticket selling markets – dubbed scalpers. According to the fans, Ticketmaster was "eager to allow" scalpers access to the presale. When a scalper resold a ticket, Ticketmaster would collect extra fees.
