The 63-year-old TV magnate was unrecognisable, with an extraordinarily flawless skin, brilliant white teeth, and improved features that may have been the consequence of cosmetic surgery.
Simon Cowell encouraged viewers to contact him in order to audition for Britain's Got Talent, just days after judge David Walliams left the show.
Simon Cowell said in a video "I always say on this show, two or three minutes can change your life. And it has. And maybe this time it's gonna be you."
The comments section exploded quickly after he uploaded, with followers asking, 'What has happened to his face?'
