Update (24/03/2023): With a better understanding of this skip, I found a better way to do it.
You don't have to jump above the second bloc after all, but you can use it to setup the last part of the trick. You can see the block being illuminated when Simona is above it. You'll use this to setup your next movements. You first need to use this light to position yourself a little bit to the right of the bloc. You can try it multiple times until you find the right placement everytime.
After doing this setup, do 4 dashs to the right (While not pressing the right arrow at the same time). If you did the setup correctly, you should automatically activate the trigger. If not, just do a little tap to the right and you should get it.

Uccida theorized this insane skip, which could save around 1 minute and a half I guess, and I found a first way to get it consistently.
I guess it can still be improved, but that's already huge!
