Uccida motivated me to do one offline run in Any%, because his 100% WR when I'm writing this (34:24) was beating my previous Any% (34:52)!
I implemented some new techs I didn't use before, and some new skips, like the Blue Cave Skip, which is a huge one minute time save at the very least!
This run is very improvable, I'm gonna try to improve this time very soon.
