This video shows you the easiest and fastest way to set up a two PC streaming setup without a capture card (see below for instructions) using the OBS studio NDI plugin which lets you stream from the gaming PC to the streaming PC at almost no CPU cost while maintaining perfect video quality.

NDI requires a gigabit network to work! DONT USE NDI OVER WIFI! You need CAT6 ethernet cables and make sure your router and switch support 1000mbps!

BLACK SCREEN FIX:
- Run OBS as admin
- Add OBS as an exception to your firewall
- Make sure that you are running over cabled Ethernet (CAT5e or better)

Instructions:

1. Connect two computers
a) using a router
b) using a switch
c) using an ethernet cable. If you only have 1 ethernet port on your gaming PC, get a USB3 - RJ45 adapter: https://goo.gl/jaoziN

2. Download and install the NDI plugin on the gaming PC
If you do not wish to run the installer, copy paste the obs-plugins\64bit folder

3. Set up your scenes on the gaming PC as if you were directly streaming to twitch

4. Activate the NDI output on the gaming PC by clicking on "Tools" - "NDI Output" and give it any name

5. Download and install the NDI plugin on the streaming PC

6. In OBS: Make sure to set the "Base (Canvas) Resolution" to the screen resolution of your gaming PC under the "Video" tab. If wanted, set a lower "Output (Scaled) Resolution" (e.g. 720p).

7. Set up the streaming settings according to your upload speed and quality preferences.

8. Add the "NDI Source" as the only source on the streaming PC, select the streaming coming from your gaming PC, use the highest bandwidth and internal sync.
