241Full Metal Sergeant 2 is a game that puts us in charge of a military boot camp where we need to train up our soldiers before sending them away into battle!
We're a drill sergeant with a team of recruits which we can order into various training areas to improve their skills. If they're lacking strength we can make them do push ups, if they need agility they can do some jumping jacks. Of course, as the recruits are doing their training we go over and shout at them because that's our job!
As we play and do various things we earn prestige points which we can use to upgrade the boot camp, adding new training areas or building utility buildings like the guard house.
As you might have worked out, this is the sequel to Full Metal Sergeant which we did play a few years back now, and the addition to the sequel is a new turn-based battle mode! Once they've graduated our troops then head off into action, engaging in turn-based battles with the enemy. They can take cover, pick up items and of course attack the bad guys.
Oh, the drill sergeant is quite sweary and I've tried to deploy the decency mugs to cover up all the rude words but if I've missed any then I do apologise!

Turn-based combat system
The main highlight for this sequel is a completely new turn based battle system. The key is to strategically utilize the unique abilities of each soldier's specialization to gain a tactical advantage.
12 Week gameplay loop
The game is divided into 12 weeks. Each week you’ll be given some training points. Use them to train your recruits with a variety of different trainings taken from real military camp. Get rid of those negative traits!
