So after three years of being called up periodically about bogus malware on my PC, I take two scammers on a ride with throwaway computers installed with Windows XP so everyone can enjoy seeing what happens on one of these calls without the nasty consequences of having their computer trashed or money stolen.

0:00 Introduction
1:04 Explanation of the "Product Key" they read you to tell you they're "legit"
11:00 Having to switch computers because I didn't install SP 2 and 3
18:20 Getting connected to teamviewer because the "agent" decided to spend the last 15 minutes using another program to remotely type it in the run box. This was probably to save time.
27:00 "Agent" tries to get me to type my email address into an HTML validator to show me corrupted emails.
29:00 "Agent" uses my task manager to try to convince me that the activity is due to malware.
31:00 "Agent" tries to send me files, one of which is probably malware.
35:00 "Agent" is probably exhausted and passes me off to another "agent."
40:00 "Agent" runs "cmd scan" and tries to convince me that my firewall and files are corrupted.
41:00 "Agent" finds an invalid certificate and claims he needs to replace it.
42:00 "Agent" makes his sales pitch.
53:00 I get disconnected and he calls back. Finds out that I physically disconnected the PC and starts uttering threats about locking up my PC.

If you don't want them to call back, hang up as soon as you hear them start pitching. Doing what I'm doing only seems to encourage them to call.

Rest assured they'll be calling back. I'll also be adding annotations with some explanations, but that won't be for a few days
