The last one before the final boss! Difficult level. You get the strength rune at the start, which allows you to deal double damage, and you will need it because you're gonna be going toe to toe with a lot of the tougher monsters. Tight time limit too if you're thinking of going for all kills.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
0:21 - Upon collecting the super shotgun, you get an extra 25 seconds
0:22 - From the platform with the super shotgun, drop onto a narrow ledge that allows you to reach the alcove with a gold skull token (SECRET 1)
2:13 - Upon collecting the red skull token in the moat section, you get an extra 30 seconds
4:08 - Collecting the soul sphere in the final room will give you an extra 25 seconds
4:45 - When you trigger the last wave of monsters with the two archviles in the final room, you get an extra 25 seconds
4:51 - There are three red skull tokens on the platform with the archviles. They might be hard to see because of the lava texture behind them
5:24 - Once you collect all the tokens, a soul sphere appears in the area you start in
