Personally one of my least favourite maps because it's not that memorable to me. The entire map is split into two sections, green and red. I recommend going through the green side first. I made a lot of mistakes here but I really don't wanna redo it hahaha.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
2:01 - Hitting the switch at the end of the long green corridor will give you an extra 45 seconds
2:44 - Open the left wall in the alcove with the backpack to reveal a gold skull token (SECRET 1)
4:07 - In the cave in the green section, crouch to enter the alcove with a green skull token (SECRET 2)
4:15 - Once you hit at least one switch in either section, you can get an extra 60 seconds (1 minute) by crossing the "divider" in the first room
4:59 - In the first outdoor area of the red section, there is an alcove with a red skull token (SECRET 3, didn't trigger in the video, sorry)
6:07 - Collecting the green skull token in the waterfall cave in the red section will give you an extra 45 seconds
6:13 - There is a red skull token in the alcove with the red torch in the red section
6:45 - In the cave with the backpack and many pinkies in the red section, crouch to enter a secret cave with a few skull tokens (SECRET 4)
7:38 - After collecting all the skull tokens, the soul sphere at the start of the map becomes accessible
