THE TURTLE is a tank that combines a shield, heavy armor and high health regeneration for maximum survivability. For damage it waits for the right moment to get a quick dagger strike in, before 'turtling' back into defensive mode.

The stacking bleed damage of the Ordinator dagger perks, combined with absorb health and stamina, push the damage output of the legendary-smithed Orcish dagger to nightmarish levels.
