This video shows you how to change your character's appearance WITHOUT cheats/mods/console commands. This method will therefore work on any system including PC, PS3 and XBOX 360

Note that you need Dawnguard installed for this to work. Also you cannot use this method while you are a vampire, but you can still become a vampire later.
