This is the last Weezy at least for the time being. He is not getting into nearly enough trouble: part of the rationale for the character was to partially emulate a previous one, Swims-in-Sewers, who was in trouble with the law constantly. Weezy, despite his murdering ways, has completely avoided trouble with the law. Also I made him rather OP: Weezy is a frikkin god despite being buck nekkid. Rather than changing the character, I am going to do a new one that STARTS with a bounty in every hold except Whiterun. Stay tuned for that guy, starting later in the week probably.
I think Weezy has more personality in some ways than any other character I've made, but personality isn't everything. I might revisit him in the future, or might not.
