Dragontooth Crater is another location of a word of power that is only guarded by a dragon. Usually it is fairly easy to defeat a dragon by finding some overhead and side cover for the dragons attacks because the dragon can't attack inside cover. Once you are inside cover use a bow and arrow to shoot the dragon. When you reach low health retreat and restore your health by using magic. However, at the Dragontooth Crater there is no overhead cover so defeating the dragon on higher difficulties is very hard for a weaker/low level character.
