Got this on sale a couple of years ago and was suprised to see it has CPU vs. CPU. Plays like a simplifed version of Super Smash Bros. pretty decent but unfortunately it doesn't really compare to Smash but then again none of these Smash-like games do. Still it's definitely worth trying out if you can get it on the cheap.

Game has some funny characters with comical movesets. The characters are definitely a plus for this game. It's a shame though about the CPU vs. CPU mode, what I mean is that the CPU struggles to even play the game at times. My recommendation if you ever want to try the CPU vs. CPU mode is that you pick a simple stage with minimal or just one platform, as the CPU struggles to even play the game if the stage is too complex. If you want to see something like that check out the final battle in this video and you'll see what I mean, on that stage in particular they at least gave it there best considering the stage. Others...not so much, one battle I had to scrap had them jumping between two platforms for the entire 5 minute match because they were stuggling so much with the complexity of the stage (it was due to the stage having conveyor belts on some platforms), it was quite comical at the start of the battle but the novelty soon wore off.
