Very fun mod character, feels like it could be an actual Spire character to me. This was one of the most intense runs I've played of this game; I went down to 1 HP on the Centurion + Mystic fight, rested, took Apparitions, upgraded a card, and then went back down to 1 HP on Collector. Then in Act 3 I actually chose to take I Am Awake (upgrade all cards and you can't heal) at 23 HP. This was a very interesting choice. I made it because my deck was pretty bad output wise, but had an innate Well-Laid Plans (Reality Marble) and Apparitions, and a lot of draw (including innate draw and a Gambling Chip), so if I just increased my output enough I was pretty confident in almost never taking damage with this deck.

In the Act 4 Store I found a Strange Spoon, which pretty much instantly won me the run. Not really because of Apparition but because of Initiator, a card that adds progressively stronger attacks to your hand with Ethereal/Exhaust. My deck was mostly lacking dame at that point, and Strange Spoon essentially turned Initiator into Anger+++.

Despite my deck being extremely strong, it was very stressful to play half of Act 3 and all of Act 4 on 23 HP, so this ended up being one of my favorite runs ever.

Took ~12h to get this win, after massively throwing at the heart a couple hours before.
