Slow In and Slow Out - Minecraft Animation Tips (12 Principles of Animation)
What'sup Survivalists! ItsCheif from #TeamWnJ here to Enhance your Animations and Tell your Stories!
This video goes through how to use the 6th Principle of Animation, "Slow in and slow out" for your animations. This principle refers to the way an object moves through time (acceleration and decelleration).
I go over several different example scenes to explain the logic of movement, how most objects cannot accelerate from 0 to 100 within a second and takes time to reach max speed- and how slow out should be avoided when trying to make a hard impact.
I've even gone the extra mile this time to show you exactly how to do this by manipulating the F-Curves in the F-curves graph in Cinema4D.
