So, after having Sly and the gang take out the Battery's Charging station, we needed to find a way to get rid of the electricity that was already stored by the battery. To do that, Bentley wants to go around the three boats that are in the harbor and use the harpoon guns that are attached to them to hook on to the Battery to essentially ground it (at least, That is what I can make from the whole situation which is probably not at all what is going on). This mission is rather cool because it combines the hacking mission that Bentley is know for as well as the hook-firing mechanics they showed us during our first Heist of the game which is cool. These hooks do make a reappearance once again in this chapter but that section is much harder; Think of this just being the warm up for that later mission.
