Then a few years later, Danny Glover’s Mike Harrigan was fighting the City Hunter Predator. This time around, the Predator had a whole new set of weapons like the net launcher, the spear and spear gun, and of course, the smart disc. Some believe that by the time the City Hunter arrived on Earth, the Predator race went through a technological advancement, but that’s unlikely. I believe the Jungle Hunter Predator belonged to a more primitive and ancient clan of Predators and these guys wanted to rely more on their hunting skills than weapons.
