Dixie Kong has been around in the Donkey Kong series since the second game in the Country series. She has become one of the more popular, and quite frankly requested, characters to represent Donkey Kong is the Smash series.
Her move-set potential is there with the various attacks she has in Country 2, Country 3, Tropic Freeze, and various side games. There is enough to work with to make her vastly different from Diddy Kong.
