This is a game I beat many years ago on MAME as its pay to win, basically. This game would be extreme if done on low credits though. Much harder than the SNES version, which is one of the hardest SNES games. Im currently working on that version so decided to do a blind playthrough of this game for the channel.

Some differences with the arcade: Much faster and harder enemies, bullets, shrapnel from exploding enemies. Much more chaos on screen. All bosses aside from maybe the Twin Cobras take WAY LESS hits to kill but are MUCH faster and less predictable. Tank gunners can be shot out of the tank, leaving only the treads and need to be shot out directly. Plays great and is a large leap in visuals from the SNES port with exploding body parts on all enemies. The SNES port is very similiar gameplay wise though and captures the feel. Not sure why they made the bosses take extremely long to kill in the SNES version, compared to the original. They go on for way too long in that version. Though both versions have rooms that go on for very long periods of time.
