-Zip to Mod folder.
-Load Smokey.
If the particles are killing your performance, let me know. Should be fine with any late 30s cards.
They can be taken out or toned down.
You can easily load the texture 1.dds and 2.dds to see how the textures skin is made. Be really easy to replace with one of yourself. Let me know if this is what you want to do. easy job to explain.
