Low Level means you have to finish the game while getting the lowest amount of experience possible. The main thing that enables low level is Lucky Jewel and Lucky Hammer, both of which allow you to force the lucky egg minigame on bosses, which you can then get the EXP option and try to fail it, which means you get no boss experience. If you dont lose the exp you must reload and try again.

This run had overall very good RNG. Worst parts were probably magikoopa + johnny where I lost almost 25 min combined. Also did lose 7-8 min to taking a break midway through the run. Otherwise a lot of the other rng was either better or equal to average. Will be a hard run to beat.
