SMT V Vengeance - Loup-Garou boss fight
First time I got annihilated by Souffle D'eclair because I hadn't expected a boss fight but this time I was prepared.
Since I was so op until recently doing sidequests and collecting treasures and items pointed out by the guide which both pop up all the time all over and fighting some enemies along the way (a bunch at first, then for 12+ hours I have been avoiding all optional fights except mitamas) I hadn't bothered with real preparation and thought buffs and debuffs were kinda unimportant since they last as briefly as in Persona games but at the same time are only half as strong.
I was told to use taunt since now it finally is a great skill, no more iffy enemy debuff combined with double buffing enemy damage or pointlessness in Dx2 that's no better than Rakunda but also buffs enemy dmg but it works like a proper taunt skill in mmorpgs.
This opens up more strats and finally gives high vi demons a true purpose.
Genbu kept dying but it was far better than everyone (except bino) dying all the time and the fight was pretty good.
Especially because I derped before and never paid attention to enemies and bosses announcing when you are supposed to guard lol.
