Alfyn Greengrass is an apothecary in Clearbrook, and is on a mission to get the Blotted Viper's venom so he can cure Nina's poison. Nina's sister and Alfyn's friend, Zeth, will be looking after her in the meantime.
The Cave of Rhiyo is where Nina was bitten by the viper.

Alfyn can cure poison, but his skill is only single target, so if you have a large party, you should also prepare poison curing items. You could also figure out the concoct formula for group poison healing.
After Nina is cured, Alfyn decides to go on a journey to help others as an apothecary.
