Therion plans on stealing a valuable treasure from Ravus Manor, but finds that the security is really tight. In order to get in, he'll have to steal a letter from a Ravus associated merchant. Fortunately, all the initial town NPCs for rogue chapters have a 100% proc rate for the associated rogue path actions.
Despite all that work to get in, there are still random encounters in the manor. I really thought there would be a stealth mission instead, but at least it lets Therion catch up to the others' levels.

The only thing non-standard is that Heathcote has a buff that increases his evade rate, but it can be instantly nullified if you use elemental magic on him.
Afterwards, Heathcote reveals he placed a criminal band on Therion, which is proof of humiliation for a thief. In order to get it off, Therion will have to help Cordelia Ravus get her Dragonstones back.
Now would be a good time to return to any previous town or area that has purple chests, since Therion can unlock those.
