Duel Mode

Two easy ways to drain his stamina; one is to grab him and throw him on the ground and use the Colt Single Action Army to pistol whip him. The other (and fastest way) is to just use your tranq to drain his stamina. Don't have your gun equipped when he shoots electricity, or it'll attack you and take away some ammo.

Use the mask trick to get a free hit.

When you grab his Cold War camo in the game, wear it when fighting the Pursuers to prevent them from shooting you.
