Welcome to Nemesis Plays. I play all sorts of games so make sure to take a look around the channel. If you like what you see, consider pitching in: https://ko-fi.com/nemesisplays

The CPU in this game is absolutely brutal, especially on Hard difficulty, so I'm using a technique found by other players to maximize my chances of getting through to the end with at least an A rank. I'm sure more experienced players who can pull off longer, more damaging combos would find it much easier to accomplish this but I've only been playing the game for less than a week at this point so I need all the help I can get.

Essentially, the idea is to double jump away and Super Dash in for a short combo. If you can end the air combo with a down Heavy strike (2.H in the notation common to DBFZ where 2 corresponds to the number 2 button on a keyboard's num pad, if it were being used as a d-pad. If you think this is overly complex, obscure, and unnecessary, then you're not alone. But good luck convincing any part of the FGC to change how they do things.) it will launch your opponent higher up into the air. At which point you can swap out to another character, who will automatically Super Dash in and you can continue the combo. Even if you can't switch, however, it's still a good idea since the CPU doesn't really seem to be quite as effective up in the air.

So, the gist of the strategy is to keep your distance and try to keep your opponent off the ground as much as possible.
