Well, i never wanted to play the Martin Madrazo Dispatch Missions..
Did not like the premise of them at all..
But just before the Casino Heist DLC dropped, i had a daily objective telling me to do a Dispatch mission and i thought : why not?
It is a good thing i did participate in this mission, because it taught me something i could use in the preps for my first Casino Heist...
