This Sneaky Elvis game jam build game is possibly the first ever rhythm, stealth and puzzle mash-up. You have to sneak past the guards in time to the beat - but good old Elvis Presley simply can't stop singing! The louder he sings, the more likely the guards will detect him. All he has to do is get his Jailhouse Rock on and escape!
When Elvis is moving, he will sing louder and louder, indicated by the increasing white aura around him. While standing still, his white auru will decrease, but his black aura will increase. If the guards touch either aura, the game is over. The key is to keep both auras as small as possible by balancing movement.
Movement is hindered because Elvis only moves when his hips are swinging - so while using AWSD for direction, to actually move in that direction you also have to alternate arrow keys to the beat.
The Sneaky Elvis solution lies in keeping the regular guards busy by getting the other inmates to distract them, and alerting the dog to get the guard by the exit to leave his post.
