SNES Tintin in Tibet Video Walkthrough
At the request of Mathieu Mateya, I present to you a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of the SNES game Tintin in Tibet.
From my understanding, this game is based off Tintin in Tibet which was the 20th series of The Adventures of Tintin comics, As to how truthful it was to the series, I can't really say since I never read the comics. The most I've ever done with Tintin was watch the cartoon that I think HBO used to show a long time ago.
As for the game itself, it wasn't too hard. Once you know when people/things show up, it's easier to dodge and run around them all. Also, it helps to have a good idea of when to jump from certain places so you don't fall to your death or anything.
With that being said, the toughest part may have been the time to beat a stage. You only have a set amount of time to beat a stage (unless you get one of those time bonus items), and you lose a life when the time is up. The timer keeps going even during a conversation, so while I try to make each piece of conversation last long enough to ensure everyone watches can read them, I didn't want to linger during that time because the timer is still ticking away. I have found that you could be at the end of a stage and be in that last bit of dialogue that some stages have, and you can still get a time over if you don't actually go through all the bits of the conversation (which is a bit silly, but that's how it was programmed...)
