It's a weird one, I know. The FIA says drivers can compete so long as they don't have Russian funding, but who in this current situation is going to want to associate with them? Like I said, weird.

So with companies not wanting to touch them because of association issues, they probably won't be able to race anyway. So they might as well have banned them.
