This can be either a Solo Public Lobby or a Duo Public Lobby Depending on what you and your friend decide to do in the end once the 2 of your are in a lobby all by yourselves. either someone can leave if they dont plan on running products, or they can stay, its easier with 2 people anyway.
Regardless, the whole point is to only be with people you can trust. once you and your friend get into a solo public lobby, you can invite in as many people as you need and it will only be your group in the session.
