This week’s Nightfall in Cerberus is very easy to solo for players with good gear. Modifiers include lightswitch, which means one hit melee kills and juggler which means you only get ammo drops for the weapons that you are not currently holding. I’m running with the Vision of Confluence Solar Scout Rifle, Icebreaker Solar Sniper Rifle, and The Swarm Machine Gun all on a Level 28 Titan.

Activate the ghost in the terminal then hop on your speeder and skip the first batch of enemies on the ramp going into the building. Make sure you also skip the enemies in the pit. Jump high and fast because if you land next to them, the one hit melee kill will force you to start over. Keep moving forward because you’re going to the three guards. As we go deeper into this solo nightfall run, smash the subscribe button in the upper right corner because we are crushing the nightfalls and heroics of Destiny every single week.

Now there is a team consisting of a colossus, two psions and a legionare. Stay back where the door opens. Snipe the colossus first because he has no shield and his missiles are deadly. Use a void damage heavy weapon on the psions if you can and finish off the legionaire. Now move up a little further and continue alternating between your sniper and scout rifle. You can also use the vehicle to shoot rockets into the look out tower where the guards hide. As the third guard is going down run over to the cliff and shoot the tank before it even lands. Just dodge the fireballs as you snipe and he’ll also go down fast.

Skip the next batch of enemies with your speeder, clear this room, you know the drill. On to Valus… You want to duck out behind the crates in the back left corner. Forget the additional enemies unless you want extra experience. Just shoot at Valus with everything you’ve got. If he moves out of range just wait for him to come back, because you cannot risk a single death if you are solo. I was lucky enough to get rewarded with the Ice Breaker, which I already have… Well at least the XP Boost will last me for the rest of the week.
