This video is about how to change the conversation in our head. We often default to poor language when problem solving. With a few critical thinking exercises, we can shift the perspective we use to look at our problems. I did this video to exemplify some of the best questions I ask myself when trying to solve a complicated issue.

It's important to guard your thoughts, because they are the catalyst to how your life plays out. Be careful with the language you use with yourself, and always try to turn something unactionable into action. For example, instead of saying, "I can't do this" ask, "How can I do this?" or "What's the easiest way to accomplish this in the funnest way possible?"

By changing all of your questions to focus on effective answers and solutions, you can reshape your life!

I'm excited to hear about critical questions you may have come up with around your own life. Do you use any questions to help you problem solve or think differently? What critical questions do you ask yourself that change your whole line of thinking? I hope you'll tell me in the comments, I'd love to add these to the list of questions I ask!
