SMW challenge by LordZelkova: Clear ten different levels without getting a 1-up from anything. In addition, I'm not allowed to even see a 1-up mushroom!

Now most of the levels are easy to do this in, so I've tried to select some more difficult levels to play in this challenge. This means levels that have lots of coins and/or force you to collect coins, as well as 1-ups that are already out in the open that I have to be careful not to let enter the screen.

Note: There is at least one level that's impossible to clear with this challenge's rules, and I do show it at the end. However, since I thought about doing this on the fly, I hadn't put any custom music in that level. So you'll just hear the usual SMW tunes there.

This challenge did have a few dull moments, but it was still decent.
Creativity: 7 (Fairly good.)
Difficulty: 6.5 (Somewhat hard, but not terribly so.)
