This is from the game Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), also known as Sonic '06. The game itself is broken enough as is, and the rival fight against Silver is no exception to show it's repetitive and buggy gameplay. There are several glitches that can be performed during the fight, but this in particular is when you can be sent out of the fight zone and explore the rest of Solenna. And once you are out there, you can attempt to attack Silver again, and get sent off the map itself into space. Kind of a fun glitch to perform. What you see I did on my first try as I was trying to record as many gameplay bugs as I can for my upcoming countdown.
