By far, this is one of the longest stages in Sonic 3 & Knuckles!
Make sure you pull every light switch you see to stop(or prevent) the ghosts from attacking you and think ahead during the rising sand parts, it will make your life a LOT easier!
Those "run fast to make it through the door" switches are hard to master though. Keep trying and I know you'll get it!
