0:53 Sorry guiltym! I forgot to mention: These are Eggman/Robotnik Boxes, if you pop them like other boxes, you'll lose your rings like you got hit by a enemy, spikes, etc.
1:00 Actually you do need to jump on them for the first bounce, but for the higher bounces you have to stand in place and keep landing on them.

Yeah, so this took 3 takes or so because I kept getting killed, by forgetting stuff! lol!
The first take I died TWICE in the icy waters on that spot I mentioned that the ice sinks in the water. The second take, I got squished in launch base 1 where I pointed out that spikey thing squished you because it's "placed perfectly"... yeah, that was the one that killed me twice! lol!
