I never thought I would be able to say this, but here it is: this speedrun was done in one attempt. I thought that nailing a speedrun in one try defied the laws of nature, but it has been done. Of course, my wealth of experience playing and speedrunning this game helped. (Bonus points for anyone who recognises where this comes from!)

This run even had a really stupid death in Launch Base 1 and still managed to PB. On my first attempt of what I expected to be a really long grind. Absolutely mental. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/mike89sda
