Explainer on what glitchless means: Essentially any glitch that causes me to move into or through a solid object is not allowed, as well as any method of level wrap, and the slope and wheel glitches. It's also possible to skip the Ice Cap 1 boss, and I think that should be allowed (all you do is fly over the boss trigger), so I'll start doing that in future.

This is a fairly good run for now - it's deathless, at least. I'll come back to this in a month or two and learn all the best strats, I can probably take a minute or two off across the whole run if I get everything.
