Using my current best speedrun of Knuckles in Sonic 2 as a base, here I try and explain all the steps to getting a good time on this game. Now with Xsplit Whiteboard for additional clarity!

For some reason, when I downloaded the run from Twitch, Chemical Plant 1 was missing, so after EH2 it skips straight to CP2. That's OK though, because CP1 is a quite simple stage compared to most others.
