It's finally Sonic 3 Complete time!

First let me start by saying, I completely underestimated how long it would take to record this footage, the raw unedited footage came out to a little under 4 hours (like 3 hours and 54 minutes), I'm blown away at how long Sonic 3 & Knuckles is compared to my memory of it.

Now let me talk about Sonic 3 Complete for anyone that might not be savvy to what it is. Sonic 3 Complete is a Sonic 3 & Knuckles romhack that, like the name states, is intended to be the complete Sonic 3 & Knuckles experience, and its highly customizable, customizable to the point that it even has its own online configuration webpage simply due to the fact that there are too many customizations to fit on the Genesis' 4MB cartridge!

You can customize things like how the Spin dash behaves (for the psychopaths that prefer Sonic CD's abomination of the Spin dash over Sonic 2's *shudders*), things like adding the Super Peel Out to Sonic's move set, changing the Zone order to the presumed intended order as per Sonic 3's Level Select screen, change the Zone Music to the tracks featured on the Sonic & Knuckles collection for PC, and down to things like adding the ability to revert back to normal while in your super form. Its really comprehensive.

This is truly the definitive way to play Sonic 3 & Knuckles on Genesis/Mega Drive hardware, and while there is a much more customizable way to play on PC by way of Sonic 3 A.I.R. Sonic 3 Complete remains the definitive way to play Sonic 3 & Knuckles on original hardware. (Though things will change pretty dramatically if Sonic A.I.R is ever ported to console.)

This video was supposed to go up on the evening of Sonic day, but... I got caught up watching the Sonic Symphony Anniversary concert and was so preoccupied I forgot to actually hit render, needless to say mistakes were made.

Anyways, the next upload will be the other half of Sonic 3 Complete's story, where I see the story play out from the perspective of that punchy red guy who doesn't chuckle, and would rather flex his muscles.
