After the events of Sonic Adventure which Station Square is Saved from a Liquid Monster named Chaos Thanks to Super Sonic, The Story Starts with a Helicopter having none other than the Blue Hedgehog Sonic captured but he escapes and lands in City Escape with part of the Helicopter as a Snowboard and then speeds off but why is Sonic in trouble? Sonic gets Confronted by one of the G.U.N robots as Sonic beats it a Black Hedgehog shows up with the Green Chaos Emerald in his hand as Sonic cannot win against him due to this hedgehogs Chaos Control powers, He reveals his name is Shadow and is titled as the World's Ultimate Lifeform and disappears as Sonic is caught again. Meanwhile Knuckles the Echidna is fighting to protect his Master Emerald from a Jewel theif known as Rouge the Bat, but Eggman turns up attempts to steal but Knuckles Smashs it to peices making this the 2nd time the Master Emerald has been Shattered so both Rouge and Knuckles race each other to find the Emerald peices before the other does. Miles "Tails" Prower, Sonic's Best Friend heads out to Prison Island using his Tornado but it seems Sonic's Self-Proclaimed Girlfriend Amy Rose is doing so also but has landed herself in Trouble and Dr Eggman is on the Island as well chasing Amy and Tails battles Eggman who leaves and Tails destroys all the robots in hopes of finding Sonic, But Amy found a secruity Card and Bailed Sonic Out and revealed about Shadow being with Dr Eggman which mean he is up to No Good AGAIN!! Sonic Escapes through Metal Habour and the Bumps into Shadow in the forest and battles him but as Eggman talks to Shadow the Hedgehog warning him to get off the Island before the Island Blows up and Sonic escapes through Green Forest with Tails and Amy.
