Tails makes the Tornado2 transform!! Sonic must now race across the Egg Carrier's Sky Deck in order to reach the nefarious doctor!! As Sonic runs atop the wing of the battleship, the canons begin to fire and damage the Egg Carrier!!! Once clearing the Sky Deck Sonic and Tails find Amy who had escaped her captors!!! Dr. Eggman is there too though and rips the Chaos Emerald from Amy's bird companion!! Eggman summons Gamma, and commands him to destroy Sonic but Amy is able to stop the fight before anything decisive could happen!! With the Egg Carrier losing altitude Sonic continues after Eggman while Tails gets Amy to safety!
